Pull the waist in with the elastic toggles when the wind picks up, or leave it loose and let it catch the air. A built in hood is there when you need it, while the double ended zip lets you open things up on the climb and button it back down for the descent.

Finished with flatlock seams and our little AZ Jogger pennant. Just enough to let the other runners know you're one of the crew.
