 How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details. 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at sales@alexzono.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

Taxes Included?

"Taxes Included" on our website refers to sales tax or VAT, which are indeed covered in the price you pay at the time of purchase. However, international shipments can sometimes incur separate customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country's government, which are distinct from the taxes included in our product pricing. These duties are collected by the courier on behalf of the customs authorities.
